How to Book a Session
To book a session, please email me or call to let me know when you'd like to book a session. I will need to know which package you would like to reserve - all packages are listed below. You always have the option of upgrading to another package on the day of your session.

To complete the booking process you'll provide a deposit of $200 via credit card The deposit is fully applied to your session with the remaining balance due the day of the session.
Investment/Packages
Every Boudoir package includes a password protected, online viewing gallery. All images in the gallery are artistically crafted and fully re-touched photos (not proofs) - so you can truly see what your final images look like. Mini Session Galleries typically contain between 10-20 final images to pick from. All mini sessions are approximately one hour - half for hair/makeup and half for the session itself.

Packages also include full makeup and simple hair (curls or flat ironing) by a professional stylist. I recommend that you have an idea of what you would like your hair and makeup to look like. If you want fake eye lashes, or any other props you will need to bring your own.
"Marathon" sessions take place at luxury hotels that provide gorgeous backdrops. Complimentary mimosas and other goodies are available to get you in the mood!
Rest assured that clients have full privacy, so no one else will see your session but me and/or an assistant.

Please note: Package prices and A La Carte items will also include an additional 7% NM sales tax collected at the time of final payment. 10-Image Digital Package: $575
- Includes all items in the basic package
- Adds 10 high-resolution digital files from your session (includes unlimited printing rights – create your own book, get multiple sizes of prints made, etc.)
All Digital Files Package: $725 (**Most Popular!!)
- Includes all items in the basic package
- Adds all high-resolution digital files from your mini session, typically 15-25 images (includes unlimited printing rights – create your own book, get multiple sizes of prints made, etc.)
- FREE Mobile album for mobile phones, iPads, etc. with 20 of your favorite session images
Best of the Best: $1200
- Includes all items in the basic package
- Adds luxury 10x10 leather album with custom layouts of all your favorite images from the session (can hold nearly all images from your session)
- Adds 20 high-resolution digital files of client’s choice from session
- Adds $200 print credit good for prints, calendar, or digital files (not canvas)
- FREE Mobile album for mobile phones, iPads, etc. with 20 of your favorite session images
Policies
Copyright Information: Although you receive the high resolution digital files, this does not give you copyright to the photos from your session. All images are copyrighted by the photographer, Roxanne Wride. This means you may not sell or profit from your session photos. The photos in your online gallery will be watermarked until full payment is received.
Payment: I accept cash, checks and credit cards for session payments. There is a $75 fee for returned checks.
Package Upgrades: You may upgrade your package either on the day of your session or during your 7 day ordering window. Package upgrades are paid by credit card.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule your session for any reason less than 14 days before your scheduled session date that you will need to provide another $200 deposit to rebook for a new date. The only exception to this policy is if I book another client in that time period to take your session spot. If you reschedule more than 14 days before your session you may apply the $200 deposit towards a new session date within 6 months. The deposit will not be applied if you reschedule more than one time.
Session Preparation: Please be ready for the session on time. I schedule sessions to make the best use of natural light.
Retouching: Skin smoothing, blemish retouching and cellulite smoothing is included on all final session images in your online gallery. (You will not see proofs.) Body contouring/reshaping in Photoshop is not included. I work with clients to find the best poses that work to highlight their assets!
Design Work: If you purchase items that require design work (albums, canvas, etc.) I will consult you first to get your input on images, colors, text, etc. for the design. Be as specific as possible. I will create a design with your feedback in mind. You can make up to 15 minutes of additional design changes to the design once you see it. Beyond this, additional changes will be billed at $30 per half hour. I will inform you of any charges before the work begins and add the charges to your final balance.
